No. I don't have poser so I only know how to make stuff for Daz Studio.

This appears to be intended for use with DAZ Studio. Does a Poser-friendly version exist?

Oh, my goodness.  Of COURSE it has to be Polybius, the infamous video game from the 80's that drove people insane who played it, causing intense hallucinations and nightmares before disappearing from the arcades forever.  Perfectly Ghastly!
