whats included: house, house mirrored, garden and garden mirrored.obj. and a 3ds version in case anybody wants to mess with it or improve it.built in Carrara and works fine in Daz3 you may need to alter the scaling just a little.Still not happy with textures but getting there, loads of problems assigning textures, then saving it they wouldn't load textures then carrara kept changing colours.
