As I am not into DS at all here is a simple fbx conversion of the Aurora which should work in Studio without merging all parts into one single object.
I made a txt file naming all UV mapped parts which have to be assigned according to the respective texture images.
The non mapped stuff should get procedural materials, i.e. glass for the windows and position lights, metallics for the greebles and antennae sockets and the like.

There is only Alien Ship 02 in your Free Stuff library. OK, I DL-ded FBX versions and when the need arises I will find time to adjust them. On the way, I also "scooped" many of your other items. You have a wonderful gift for practicality, i.e. to produce quality 3D stuff that is used in everyday life. Thank you very much for your contribution.

Hello spacebones, Is there any chance of posting your fine spaceship models in OBJ format? I also do not use DS. I DL-ded FBX models, but there is much too much labor to make them usable in Poser.
