It's a small modular scifi-styled building with a rather minimalistic texture work composed of mostly default Daz Iray shaders. On the other hand, it was built for coloring with tiled shaders so the UV scale is uniform on walls. Door and solar panels are rigged.
This is open and free for commercial and non-commercial use but not for redistribution.
