I found a book of Erte postcards that my mom gave me years ago, and loved this one: dohttps://doubletakeart.com/erte/Blossom_Umbrella-6416.html It inspired this clothing set!

It has two versions of the shirt (one with sleeves, one without), a skirt, a petticoat to make the skirt billow out, and shoes. I have two different color variations of the dress, several morphs for the skirt, and simulation settings. It does not include model, character, hair, pose, lighting, environment, or tree/grass props.

Reminder that I offer my work for free so there's no need to redistribute, and you should not expect perfection :-)
