The Castle Motel, owned and named after the Castle family was decorated with kitsch 'Castle' like features in the late 70's.
Made as separate parts it has 12 standard room's and a larger family room built around the 28 meter square car park.
Due to the complexity and scale of this set of prop's, I am posting it in three parts for my own sanity.

Part 1 is the basic room, seven meters square with on-suite bathroom and a small entrance hall. The room is complete with furniture.
A pose file is included to move the room or rooms around the motel.
Opening and closing of doors, drawers etc are via morphs.
The furniture can replaced if you have better props available or used in other scenes.

All props are made in Daz Studio and most use seamless textures.

I suggest that you unzip the files into a separate folder then drag the My Library folder into your Studio folder, but your choice.
You can overwrite any textures from past freebies when requested.
