Set of 18 shapes of raindrops and running down rain on a window pane in .obj format.
Works best with a standard glass shader.

Maybe not a genius but an ingenious 3D content creator. Thank you for the way to proceed if we want to create rain effects. Anyway, you will always amaze me. ;)

Welcome, speculoos. No way genius, I `d been just looking for a way to achieve satisfactory results better than fiddling around in 2D. All you have to do is to take a good photo, paint over the single drops and leaks with 50% grey in Photoshop, make the background black and give it a little Gaussian blur. Then put it as a greyscale image into a terrain editor and reduce the poly count of the resulting exported obj file...

You will always amaze me, really. I wouldn't have imagined such a pack but YOU did and it's wonderful. Thank you very, very much! I once had to create a rain effect on a window glass for a render but I had to use a 2D effect. From now on, we will be able to create such effects (and many others) directly in 3D. Are you a genius? Of course, you are!!! :)
