This is a pair of compound nodes that provides a function similar to what you would find in an electronics test bench oscilloscope and signal generator.
These nodes can be used to create a material for sale or as a freebie, however, they should be removed prior to final packaging as they are testing tools and don't add anything to the final product.
Whereas the Value Viewer is great at showing a specific value in a static mode. These nodes provide a range of values in a dynamic mode and allow you to see them in semi real time.
