A thumb sucking pose, as requested, for a Genesis 8 based Young Child. It will work with both girls and boys. Some adjustment may be needed. Pose only works with the G8 Version

This pose wouldn't totally behave for me. lol. Sometimes poses have a mind of their own.... If it places your model with its back to you, then simply use the Y axis to rotate it around. I have no idea why it kept doing this so I couldnt fix it but it is simple enough for you to correct. Have Fun !
