There is a well-known bug in DS 4.10 that sometimes unexpectedly shows up with Chromatic SSS skin presets, causing transparent or black pixels to appear all over the render. The bug has been fixed in DS 4.11 Beta. For now, the only way to avoid it in some scenes is to turn "Draw Dome" on in "Render Settings-Environment" or to use Mono SSS preset as the one I've made for your convenience.
These G8 and Anatomy mat presets change Volume shader part only and don't affect textures.
