Still, the design belongs to Bethesda, and your copy looks identical, down to the texture details, so you should at least mention in the description that the design is not yours, but Behtesdas
Hi Dreamingirl, First of all, this is a creation of me, based on an existing sword of skyrim, it's to say that I've modeled, unwraped, textured all my sword. So, it's not the same that they do. Then, it's a free model for a non-commercial use only, it's like an fan-art that I modeled for fans like me. To finish you can contact the Rendero Staff to have more infos about that. The Staff has accepted this model, so it is conform with the publications norms. Hope to have answer you !
