A little PDF guide teaching the basics of lighting for Poser. The tutorial lights an empty room, a scene which is included, and explains the settings so that you know what you're doing. It's easy to follow and covers both daytime and nighttime lighting.
NOTE: the scene requires Poser 7 or later but the Guide uses Poser 8.

This will be interesting to play with. Thank you for putting it up. But I do seriously suggest you look into updating this to the newest versions of Poser (Poser 10 and Poser Pro 2014) with GC enabled lighting.
