It's calling for some files from "El Vol 3".  Where do I buy El Vol 3?
That's from extreme latex 3 by WhiteRavenImages.  It's really just used for the base colors, so no real UV type of stuff.  You could use your own materials if you wanted to.  EL 3 is fairly inexpensive and pretty nice though.
