This tgd for Terragen2 involves nothing more complex than Power Fractal Shaders used for displacement, colour, and for masking sometimes via a Distribution Shader. A Strata & Outcrops Shader, and Surface Layers. The Cumulus clouds do use the Localise feature introduced in later versions of TG2. Have fun messing around with the various parameter settings.
