Folder data - geometry in DAZ-format
Folder documentation - readme and promo images
Folder obj - geometry in obj-format to use in other 3D-software than DAZ
Folder Props - item to choose in DAZ3D
Folder Runtime - needed texturemaps

Just unzip the whole content of the zip files into your content folder.

You can find the clock under Props - SmidA - Steamclock

It was created by myself in Blender. The textures come from me as well...
