Product Notes
This is a comfortably sized one bedroom/one bathroom house. It features a nicely sized open plan kitchen and living area, a small patio in the back and a spacious master bedroom. With a bench and coat closet in the entry way, it's well suited to accommodating any guests you may have. Comes fully furnished with all you may need to start your new life.
Modeled in Blender, scaled appropriately for DAZ figures. All moving parts are rigged properly. Includes presets for Iray and 3DL and as a bonus an updated version of my Curved widescreen TV and a piece of Wall art.
Extract to your My Library folder, and please let me know if you have any issues.
(Updated the zip to fix an error in the Stove Iray texture. Many apologies.)

I know I am doing something wrong, but forgive me, I am new. I unzip the file and copy/paste the data/props/runtime files to My DAZ 3D Library. I open DAZ, Content Library, props, GMS props. When I try to open any item I get error. Never mind, Sorry, Apologies, My Bad. I accidentally installed the files into the wrong drive of my computer.
Thanks! This has got to be one of the best things I've ever seen on the FS site..only..I can't find the files in DAZ. I see the folder in My library as props/GMS Props/small house. And this GMS folder shows up when I open DAZ, but only with the previously downloaded stair vignette sub-indexed. I've removed the folders and reloaded them three times to no avail. The props do load individually from my computer's Daz/My library (by prompting the DS program to open) Very strange.

This is great. However, when applying the 'house' materials to the 'house' prop, it can't find two texture files (texturescom_woodfine0037_1_seamless_disp.png and texturescom_woodfine0037_1_seamless_nm.png), which I couldn't find in the directory.
