This is a super-simple old school CRT TV set that I made a few years ago, when I got frustrated that none of the freebie TV models I found had a properly UV-mapped screen.
I don‘t have a template for this one *but* the ScreenGlass material is mapped to the full UV space, so you can map a properly-shaped (4x3 aspect ratio) picture or a movie onto it and it‘ll just work without having to crop or move the picture that the TV is “showing“.
