This is a Dynamic Cloth skirt with jroulin script.
The script files were generated by "Dynamic Clothing ToolBox" by jroulin; https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/160855/dynamic-clothing-toolbox
(You don't need the Toolbox program to run generated scripts.)
1. Load La Femme 2 on the stage.
2. Selected La Femme 2 and load the skirt prop.
3. Make a pose to La Femme 2.
4. Create Wind Force from Object menu. (to make the skirt flap)
5. Double click on Too High Waist SkirtSim in Simulations folder.
The simulation will run without moving to Cloth Room. 40 frames are auto-generated and the final frame is the result.

There are usually several steps when using Cloth Room. I always forget to do one of those steps. This script does such steps for me. But, if you want your character to touch a prop, such as a chair, like the Egg Chair image you showed me before, you must add the prop to "Collide Against..." target in Cloth Room. After running the script, most of the necessary settings are done. In the first frame on the animation timeline, move to Cloth Room and checked mark the prop in "Collide Against...". And, run "Calculate Simulation" as is. Although in this case I end up running the simulation twice, I still find it easier to use this script. Have Fun :)
Thank you again for this generosity. I was a user of Poser 3 and 4 before the year 2000. I made a huge leap forward by resuming Poser 11pro. I've never used a script with Poser. I will therefore discover these functionalities with these objects.
I'm glad you liked this :) I failed to mention that I used "Upper Tooth Shorten Morph for La Femme Two" by lwperkins. Just a slight difference in the size of the teeth will change the character's expression.
