Just unzip the whole content of the zip file into your content folder.
You can find the outhouse under Environments - Landscapes - SmidA - Toilettenhaus
It was created by myself in Blender in painstaking manual work. Textures come from Polyhaven, AmbientCG and myself (CC0-licensed).
