Just unzip the whole content of the zip-file into your content folder, preferred the folder you put the floor to...

You usually will find the floor under Props - SmidA - Gang and there you can find the two new materialpresets. Tu use one of them just mark the floor
and the headwalls (if you used them) and click on the Mat-preset...

The used textures are from Texturehaven (CC0 license). :D

This file is mentioned as a freebie and should stay that way. A distribution of the complete zip file is allowed, usage in private and professional
