The Sub Level 3 Starboard is an extension of Level 3 and expands into the Starboard "wing" area of the Submarine.
The area contains the mess hall and a set of rest rooms.
Most of these are actually fully complete rather than "empty" rooms, albeit you will need to supply your own cookers! I designed the galley area to accommodate a wide variety of kitchen appliances...
