A spotlight in OBJ format made in scale to fit my Roll Bar for Alain's 3DClassics Dodge Ram pick Up.
Separate material zones including a basic bulb that can light up using Daz Studios emissive shader.
You'll have to experiment with the light and glass shaders on the lens to get the results you want but any problems sent me a site mail.
Not tested in Poser but It should work ok but I have no experience with Poser shaders.
