The easy-peasy method to fit closed heeled boots to LaFemme, just like for any other figure, is to use the rig of the boots and parent the body of that rig to laFemme's shins.
Then you can hide LaFemme's feet and pose the boots with the original rig.
However: both legs of LaFemme have a heavily rig structure consisting of a foot, a metatarsal (you ever heard of that before), a toe, and five toes each in two segments. That makes in total a staggering twenty-six bodyparts to hide, and unhide again after the shoot so she will not be crippled.
