Unzip all files to your Poser Runtime Directory.

You will find the new injection and remove morph in the following folder:

Runtime\Libraries\Materials\Evolution\Karanta\PE High Slit Dress\Fit Morphs

Double click on the INJ file to add the morph to the dress,
double click on the REM file to remove the morph from the dress.

If you notice that the dress does not fit any more, when the simulation is finished, just change the fit morph for the dress back to zero.
