My problem is more with the definition of non-commercial. I can understand, that using these textures on a piece of clothes (or any other item) which is then supposed to be sold should be prohibited. But using them as part of a render, which then gets used as a part of an online comic on a page, where viewers pay to see the comic is also impossible when they are non-commercial. And, as already said, using them for some freebie, which then gets used in such a way by someone else, makes it quite tricky to see who's now responsible for any violation. And yes, the easy solution is to not use them in any way. Which is too bad, as they are really nice.

Sorry, but if you have a problem with the non commercial thing, please don't use these textures. There are endless other textures available.

This "non commercial" seems a bit tricky to me. So I could use these textures for a freebie piece of clothing I make, which would then automatically get non commercial too, so that nobody could use it in pictures, that are supposed to be made available to others for money.
