I'm not sure how Poser works but I'd imagine you'd be able to load the clothing into Daz and then export it as an obj to load into Poser then use whatever fitting mechanism Poser has to fit clothes to figures.
This looks cool like many of your offerings of late, which I love but really bummed they are not available for Poser.
