This is a morph and material preset for the 1/2 Mask in the Ghastly's Ghastly Masks bundle.The real Lola Internet mask is basically just a Guy Fawkes mask cut in half with eyelashes painted on it and fake eyelashes glued to it. Lola Internet is a character I perform as, usually with my band Lola Internet and the Bangkok Proxies. You can find videos on YouTube.
