Here's the obj version of the AT-AT I modeled. I added the 3ds format to this zip, it might need a little work(rotating and retexturing) as I had some problems reimporting it to 3ds Max.Check out my new Unity Project showing off the models here:https://sites.google.com/site/sbdstarwarsmodels/

I think they're grouped up into the .mtl file included, but you can get the texture jpeg files from the .max version. Thanks for the comments.
