"My name is Reiner Jordan. I live in Hamm, Germany, with my wife Birgit. Professionally, I have a background in administration and data processing, having previously worked as a system administrator managing server infrastructure and workstation network environments.

3D digital art and modeling are my true passions. My journey into 3D graphics began back in 1990 on the Amiga with Reflections 1.3, later continuing through software like Monzoom, Hexagon, and Vue, until I transitioned to Blender as my main tool. As a 3D artist, I specialize in building highly detailed, historically accurate ship models, maritime assets, and complex dioramas—leveraging everything from box modeling and procedural shaders to Geometry Nodes and photogrammetry. I am also an active moderator in the online 3D modeling community.

Beyond digital art, I enjoy spending time in our garden observing local wildlife, working on retro computing setups like my Commodore 64, following classic cinema and science fiction,
