Just unzip the whole content of the zip files into your content folder.

It was created by myself in Blender. The textures were created by myself, too.

Weirdly interesting, but unsatisfying as it is only a prop without any moving parts. OTOH it seems to ask me to make different props of its parts (if I ever find the energy for that task) ;)
