Thanks for the feedback bsperan. I will look into why it does this. The FBX I usually use to take into Unity and the textures in the FBX automatically texture the asset. You should not need to recreate the file to the FBX assets.

Thanks for sharing this! It is incredibly detailed and fills a niche. Useful for scenes in an industrial park. After examining the files, though, I noticed that the .FBX files specify the full directory path for texture files. For example, one texture file path inside "TN_ASB_Door.fbx" is: D:\__RENDEROSITY ASSET DEVELOPMENT__\BLENDER\BLENDER REDEVELOPMENT ASSETS\TN_Airflow Storage Bay\TN_Airflow Storage Bay_Package Export\TNAFSB_Textures\TNASFB_4096\TNASB_CFloor_0001\TNASB_CFloor_0001_BaseColor.png. Would we need to recreate that folder structure... or manually re-assign all the textures? Well, we could still use the DAZ files. And the paths for textures inside .MTL files (.OBJ) seem short and simple.
