This is a set of poses of people dancing the Techno 'Stomp' dance step. The six movements are shown in the promo image.

There are six poses, four mirrors and a zero pose.

The sequence of the dance would be to start at Pose 01, go to 02 as the music starts, then start swinging the hips from side to side (poses 02-03-02-03M-02) for several iterations, before starting to lift the foot off the ground as 02-04-02-04M-02. Then as the strength of the dance increases, lift the foot off the ground in the sequence 02-05-02-05M-02. There are variations with a double stomp on each side and lifting the foot higher. Pose 05/05M can be replaced with 06/06M.
