Modernicity is a small, fully furnished, modern room location. All objects use iray materials. The pictures are made using Weave Silk, which is CC-BY-3.0. The blinds and light switch have morphs, and the clock can be posed.

Thank you. Also, thank you for updating part #1 to fix texture calls: Much appreciated.
I did notice one thing, the loose props have some errors in them, For instance HardBackBook3_Base_Color.jpg can' t be found because it looks for HardBackBook3_Base_Color..jpg with a double point at the end. The textures can be found if you load the scene but not for the loose prop.
