The hat is an Aussie Stockman’s styled hat, and the suit has some Casual/Western styled jeans & tops.
Hint: Make sure you download the outfit for all characters because the hat materials can be applied to all characters, giving you eight mats (not just these two). And LaFemme’s outfit also goes on DawnSE, giving you ten pants and eight tops.
