I used a regular Dax Studio plane primitive for creating these billboards. Since such plane is lying flat in Daz Studio, I erected it by setting its "X Rotate" at 90. If you want to turn that erected plane on the Y axis, set its "Z Rotate" at 90, its "Y Rotate" at -90, then you can turn this erected plane on the Y axis by its "X Rotate" slider.

I've been wondering why there aren't more assets like this. Billboards that simulate a *near* horizon. I'd like to see something like this for an average suburban neighborhood.
