I am in the process of a big freebie project inspired by the 2020 Olympics that are due in Japan in July 2021.
These are the last five of the men's stretching poses, I am now working on women's warm-up poses. There are four warmup poses and a gasping for breath pose at the end.. ;) as before, I'll do the women's and convert to G8M for those.
Anyway, I hope these poses will be useful.
