The "Horseshoe" as nicknamed by the crew of the Sea Strike is the lower link corridor which connects the main Level 3 corridors to the Engineering section. As well as this the corridor houses the 12 countermeasure ejectors (the outside of which can be seen on the refit submarine model).
All the ejectors have parts that can be animated enabling them to be reloaded.
