Statue of Liberty Through Rain Spotted Glass HiRes - Perhaps this was the view for some when they came to the USA. I know my great-great-grandparents came from England and spent 6 months anchored in the harbor while waiting for clearance to enter the country. (It was during that time my great-grandfather was conceived.)

You could use this as a background with a someone in the foreground looking out the window.
