This is a head morph only.....using La Femme's basic skins. Should fit V4 hair. No textures included, so you must have the basic La Femme installed and have the head morphs that are included with it applied. I had to selected the head in order for any morphs to be applied. Not sure why as that is different from v44.

Not sure I saved this right but it should work. My Head morph is in the Pose folder in a folder called

I just had to try to create a head morph for La Femme. Just wanted to get that "Deer in the headlights" look to look more natural. Hopefully I succeeded.
