This item was supposed to be part of the 'Modern Office' product but after further design choices it didn't seem to fit anymore. So here it is for other projects! Chair can swivel independently from the base, lever can rotate and every wheel can be adjusted for realism.

I think it still goes well with the Modern Office if the user re-arranges the various assets a little bit to make it more of a "manager" office, with the desk looking into the room instead of facing the wall. For example, have the desk and the cube-cupboard switch place, with the straight side of the desk against the wall. Move the couch and the table to the window, and the entire office gets more of a "manager" look, in which this more luxurious office chair would fit better. So it's part about form, part about layout.
