Set your preview resolution (see screenshot) to 4096 when checking for seams without rendering.

Rendering in SF, Always set the subdivision level to 2 when rendering finals in SF.
Otherwise it's possible you get false positive seams.
Rendering in Firefly doesn't require subdivision levels to avoid false positive seams.
