To make a skin texture for the new promo, I did the same thing I did for the original. I opened one of Chip's texutres in PSP, added a green layer with blend mode multiply, and added new layers with same blend mode for spots. This time, I created irregular spots. Since it was created this way, though, I cannot share it.
