Amazing Stuff as always. Thank you for sharing your Art. :)
Does non-commercial use mean that I can't sell the images that I use this in? Nice of you to offer it though.
For meshwork your capacity to pass judgement over other people shows your inability to use a simple model, and also trying to discredit someones work because you can not use this model tells people that you are inmature and ignorant, many people used this model without a problem and if you saw a problem it will be better to point out the problem rather than trying to discredit my capacity as a modeller and seller, check your self first then talk!
This is a huge obj only prop that should at the very least been broken into blocks. The UV mapping is very poor with many stretched or extruded textures. Vendors that can't even write a standard pp2 file to load their product, shouldn't be selling anything at Renderosity. My recommendation is not to download this freebie.
Thank you so much for this city!
Thank you! :)
 Thanks to you all!
Herminio Nieves models all rock!  Thanks again for such a wonderful gift to all your loyal followers!
You are amazing!  Thanks for sharing this city and your other works.  Amazing!!!
This is wonderful, Thank you very much :)

I like. Modest poly-count, neat textures, appropriate level of detail for a cloud-glimpsed over-flight or smog-clad horizon. Easy enough to duplicate, rotate some to provide variety... And, when you can load this OBJ+MTL from drive folder faster than navigate Poser's library tree, why bother with a PP2 ??
