The problem often seen on poser lip sync animation is only the lips are moving while other parts of the body or the whole movie are dead still.
It's quite creepy. By adding small movement from the hip to shoulders, neck and head, I hope it gives your animation more natural look and feel.

The animation contain 374 frame you can delete some frames out or use the "retime animation" from animation tap and add proper number of frame.

Unzip the file into your runtime folder, try on your lips sync. I hope for the best result. :)
