Product Notes
Here is the poser material presets for my Iradian for Genesis, for DSON importer users! You can find Iradian here:http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=98783EDIT: It seems that the displacement maps may cause strange effect in poser (for a reason that I don't know, poser seems to read the disp maps in a different way).If I'll understand how to resolve, I will update the poser companion files. In any case, to avoid this problem, you can set the displacement to a lower value (or even at 0); the bump maps work fine even alone.
It's my understanding that Poser currently reads bump and displacement maps as positive displacement from a surface. I'm told that previously, and possibly Daz behaves the same way, Poser read the value of 127 (gray) as zero displacement, and zero (black) as a negative displacement with 255 (white) being a positive displacement. Does this agree with your experiences?
