The Poser version does have a full set of textures provided and a complete set of templates so you can make your own. The model itself is quite nice and the only thing I changed was the window curtains were set to transparent and I replaced the lawn texture. It looked commercially acceptable to me...

Thanks! Originally, we had thought about selling this item in our store, but realized the textures just weren't high-enough quality for what our buyers expect from us. So, instead of scrapping the product or starting over on textures, we figured it was best to give back to our community that we appreciate so much! Please come back and rate the Freebie after using. We enjoy getting feedback to help us improve.
