My Wife owns a cookie baking business which provides ample chances to photograph various cookie types for textures. In this set I provided a single 512x512 color image, along with a transparency map, and a normal map. With a very simple model, you could create a wonderful looking plate of cookies, or place a cookie in the hand of your favorite character. Free for personal and commercial use.
