Just unzip the whole content of the zip files into your content folder.
You can find the waterpipe under Props - SmidA - waterpipe
It was created by myself in Blender. The included texturemaps were crafted by myself, too.

Well, at least you get the obj-version with the needed maps. The Blenderversion is untextured and not UV-mapped...
