In any clothed figure it's hard to be sure you aren't selecting the cloth.
It can take a long time to fit shoes, so these pose files speed it up.
The pose files produce the feet and toes of V4 to move to:
01 Zero Foot 00 Toe 00 -to reset
02 Flat Feet Foot -23 Toe 00 - to walk bare foot.
03 Tip toe Foot 30 Toe -52 - as a pose
04 High Heel Foot 22 Toe -41 -for most high heels
05 Low Heels Foot -12 Toe -15 -for most slippers, loafers.

No other body part moves.
Hit 'figure' > 'drop to floor' after you apply the pose.

Feet Toes Lock and also Feet toes Unlock
The lock pose locks both the feet and toes of each foot, this prevents
them moving if you are then going to use a pre-set full figure pose.
Don't forget to turn off the IK to the feet first!
