Starfield Loop texture animations with Daz Camera and geometry plane prop used to play texture animation.
Preset to 16:9 aspect ratio.

Can be used with environment background color set to black to use both diffuse and opacity maps or set opacity map under "surfaces" to none and only animate the diffuse texture. Can be used both ways.
